Hole 1 Par 3
Blue 161m, White 151m, Yellow 131m
A good warm up hole, correct club selection is all important. The wind and bunker can play a major factor.
Hole 2 Par 5
Blue 464m, White 440m, Yellow 412m
A straight par 5. A good tee shot will give you the opportunity to go for the green. The green is guarded by bunkers left and right. Most players should lay-up - don't be long.
Hole 3 Par 4
Blue 348m, White 334m, Yellow 322m
Aim your tee shot left of the grass fairway bunker to avoid steep slope on right and to leave a straight forward approach to the green.
A short approach needs accuracy because of steep banks right and rear of green. Danger all the way down the right and long.
Hole 4 Par 5
Blue 518m, White 492m, Yellow 440m
A three shot par 5. Your tee shot is to the narrowest part of the fairway avoiding the trees. A second shot with a long iron or fairway wood should set up a straight forward approach to a protected green.
Hole 5 Par 4
Blue 343m, White 305m, Yellow 250m
Tee shot should be played to centre right side of fairway which slopes away from you to the left, allowing access to the green which is set below the fairway. A medium or short iron will be needed here to carry the front bunker. Out of Bounds and the river present danger all along the left hand side.
Hole 6 Par 3
Blue 142m, White 123m, Yellow 109m
A short but dangerous hole. The choice of the correct club is important as trouble lurks everywhere. |
Hole 7 Par 4
Blue 336m, White 317m, Yellow 283m
Place the tee shot slightly to the right of centre.
This leaves a short to medium iron second shot to the green set into the hillside. It is important not to be short here, check distance carefully. |
Hole 8 Par 4
Blue 307m, White 292m, Yellow 283m
As this fairway is narrow, position is very important of the tee rather than length. This leaves a longish second shot to a very well guarded elevated green. Don't be short or left.
Hole 9 Par 4
Blue 363m, White 332m, Yellow 269m
Your tee shot needs to be slightly left of the big tree which is situated on the right hand side of the fairway to open up green for second shot.
This leaves you with a mid iron second shot to a slightly raised green. The green may appear flat but it is not! If the pin is on right side, you need the correct club to carry bunker. |
Hole 10 Par 3
Blue 195m, White 152m, Yellow 150m
Elevated well guarded green. A long or medium iron will be needed. Watch the wind factor beyond tee areas. Trouble awaits wayward shots.
Hole 11 Par 5
Blue 451m, White 441m, Yellow 365m
A three shot par 5. Your tee shot should favour the right side of the fairway from the tee. The second shot needs to be on the left of fairway to allow a pitch shot to be played up to the green for your third. There's danger with trees left and out of bounds right. |
Hole 12 Par 4
Blue 377m, White 362m, Yellow 323m
Keep your tee shot down right side of the fairway to give the best lie for your next shot. Anything left of centre will catch the slope and tree trouble. The safest second is to be short and run it onto a green which slopes from right to left.
Hole 13 Par 4
Blue 328m, White 301m, Yellow 301m
Position is important here, rather than length. It is better to find the fairway with a long iron or fairway wood than to find trouble with a driver. A short to medium iron to a two tier green for second shot. Pay special attention to the creek on the left side of this hole. |
Hole 14 Par 5
Blue 439m, White 419m, Yellow 375m
Your tee shot should favour the right side of the fairway, leaving a visually intimidating second. A good tee shot will give some players the opportunity to go for the green two. Any lay up shot needs to be short of the water for an easy pitch into a right to left sloping green.
Hole 15 Par 4
Blue 389m, White 380m, Yellow 411m
The number 1 shot hole. An intimidating par 4 but a good tee shot will leave a long to medium iron to a well protected raised green. Pay special attention to the creek and out of bounds on the right side of this hole. |
Hole 16 Par 4
Blue 294m, White 270m, Yellow 252m
Again position is important here, rather than length. It is better to find the narrow fairway with a long iron than to find trouble with a wood. The second shot is to a blind uphill green so be sure to take plenty of club.
Hole 17 Par 4
Blue 258m, White 251m, Yellow 235m
A tee shot to a fairway which slopes away from you to the right and narrows considerably closer to the green. The green is guarded in the front by a deep hollow and bunkers left and right. With out of bounds all along the right hand side the safe option is to play to the plateau leaving a short iron to the green.
Hole 18 Par 3
Blue 114m, White 111m, Yellow 114m
Our signature hole provides added pressure due to the large viewing window in the clubhouse lounge. You need to hit one of your best shots of the day here, as there is little margin for error left or right. The large green is well guarded by bunkers and depending on the wind direction club selection can be critical.
